Senior Project Manager – Residential Construction
Location: Hallandale Beach, FL

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead residential mid-rise and high-rise construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of residential mid-rise and high-rise construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and municipal agencies
- Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
- Lead on-site teams and conduct regular progress meetings
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
- Provide regular status reports to ownership and stakeholders
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and pay applications
Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of project management experience in residential construction, with direct experience on mid-rise or high-rise projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, or MS Project), and contract administration
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $50M
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- PMP certification or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Established relationships with South Florida subcontractors and vendors
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $130,000 – $175,000, commensurate with experience
