About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle of a multifamily mid/high-rise development in Hallandale Beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial or residential high-rise construction, excellent leadership abilities, and proven success delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases for an 8–25 story multifamily development—from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, buyouts, and cost controls.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, scope coordination, and contract compliance.
• Lead Owner, Architect, Engineer, and subcontractor meetings; prepare agendas and meeting minutes.
• Review and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress billings.
• Ensure project compliance with plans, specs, codes, and company standards.
• Coordinate closely with field leadership (Superintendent, APM, Assistant Supers) to align office and jobsite objectives.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, vendors, inspectors, and internal leadership.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–10+ years of construction management experience, including direct PM responsibility on mid/high-rise multifamily or commercial projects.
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, buyouts, and subcontractor administration.
• Strong technical understanding of high-rise construction (structural, MEP, finishes, logistics).
• Communication: Bilingual English/Spanish is mandatory for coordination with field teams and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar software.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work from the Hallandale Beach jobsite and project office as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with concrete structure mid/high-rise builds.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• OSHA 30 certification.
