About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects throughout the West Palm Beach area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, with experience in high-end custom homes and commercial construction. Experience with private schools, healthcare facilities, churches, and other institutional projects is highly valued.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager who can take ownership of projects, build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, and keep projects moving on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review contracts, plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, commitments, and overall financial performance.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Identify potential schedule, cost, and scope issues and develop solutions proactively.
• Work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate field operations and project priorities.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover.

Project Experience

Experience with the following types of projects is highly preferred:

• High-end custom homes
• Commercial construction
• Private schools
• Healthcare facilities
• Churches / religious facilities
• Institutional construction
• High-quality renovations and additions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing commercial and/or high-end residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, budgets, scheduling, procurement, and project controls.
• Experience managing projects through the full construction lifecycle.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Procore experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation

Up to $155,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
