Location: Edgewater, Miami, FL

Salary: Up to $165,000, based on experience

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead the field operations of a ground-up high-rise construction project in Edgewater, Miami.

This is a key leadership position for a Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up high-rise construction, structural concrete, and complex urban projects. The ideal candidate will have the experience and leadership skills to take ownership of the site and drive the project from mobilization through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for a ground-up high-rise construction project.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate structural, MEP, architectural, and finishing activities.
• Monitor daily site operations, manpower, productivity, and overall progress.
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to identify conflicts and potential issues.
• Lead daily and weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Maintain strict standards for safety, quality, and site organization.
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, logistics, and site access.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and ownership team.
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues that could impact schedule or quality.
• Manage punch list, commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.
• Ensure construction is completed according to plans, specifications, schedule, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience, with significant experience as a Superintendent.
• Proven experience leading ground-up high-rise construction projects.
• Strong understanding of structural concrete and high-rise construction methods.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, scheduling, and field coordination.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of a project and lead field operations independently.
• Procore experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Compensation

Up to $165,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
