Description:

Our client is a specialty general contractor known for delivering high-end, bespoke restaurant projects across South Florida, from ground-up builds to complex, design-driven interior build-outs for hospitality groups and celebrity chef concepts. They're looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on their next wave of projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, detail-obsessed environments where finish quality, timeline precision, and vendor coordination make or break the opening date.

What You'll Do

• Run day-to-day field operations on active restaurant/hospitality construction sites, from rough-in through final finishes
• Coordinate and hold subcontractors accountable to schedule, quality, and safety standards
• Manage trade sequencing across specialty scopes, commercial kitchens, custom millwork, high-end finishes, MEP coordination
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for owners, architects, designers, and health department/AHJ inspectors
• Drive punch-list resolution and manage the sprint to opening day with zero tolerance for missed deadlines
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain accurate daily field reports

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior build-outs, restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience strongly preferred
• Comfort working on fast-track schedules with high design complexity and demanding ownership groups
• Strong subcontractor management and trade sequencing skills
• OSHA 10/30 certification
• Familiarity with Procore or similar field management software
• South Florida market experience a plus
