The Role: As a Client Associate(Entry-Level Recruiter), you'll dive into the exciting world of executive search, sourcing and placing professionals for our top tier clients from multifamily and hi rise condo developers to heavy civil and Engineering giants. This is your fast track to becoming a rainmaking recruiter in one of the United States hottest industries. We will train you on our proven systems, give you open roles and watch you crush your targets.

What You'll Do (And Smash):

• Source and engage top construction pros via LinkedIn, calls, and our internal generative AI platform.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates alike to help solve problems.
• Manage your pipeline like a pro, with daily coaching from our Partner-led team.
• All deals contribute to your uncapped commissions that turn "entry-level" into "six figures fast."

Who We're Looking For:

• Recent grads or career changers with a bachelor's (any major, business, communications or construction a plus). College or professional athletic experience is highly regarded.
• Natural networkers who thrive on conversations and closing deals.
• Construction curiosity is a bonus, but not required, we'll teach you the ropes.
• Self-starters ready to put the effort into a results-driven environment.
• Fort Lauderdale locals (or willing to relocate), hybrid setup usually with 3 days in-office for that team collaboration.
