Sales Manager - Pumps

Sales Manager – Engineered Pumps | North America Remote – Georgia or surrounding state · Extensive travel required

We are recruiting on behalf of a globally recognized industrial equipment manufacturer for a Sales Manager to grow their engineered pumps business across North America. This is a confidential search.

What you'll be doing

• Driving pump sales across the USA, Canada, and Mexico for standard and special engineered pumps
• Building relationships with key accounts, engineering firms, EPCs, construction firms, and municipalities
• Leading proposal development including technical and commercial components
• Identifying new business opportunities and market trends
• Delivering technical presentations to customers and internal teams
• Tracking opportunities and customer activity using CRM tools

What we're looking for

• 8-10 years of engineered pumps sales experience covering water and industrial projects
• Strong technical knowledge of pumps and related equipment
• Well-connected with North American engineering companies, EPCs, and end users
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Willingness to travel extensively across the US, Canada, and Mexico
• Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
