Build People is representing a leading self-perform concrete contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial concrete construction projects across Palm Beach County.

This contractor specializes in structural concrete packages for large-scale commercial developments and has an excellent reputation for quality, safety, and project delivery. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a driven Project Manager to their team.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost control
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal concrete crews
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution
• Maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, owners, and consultants
• Track productivity, manpower, and project performance
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Requirements

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in commercial concrete construction
• Experience with cast-in-place concrete, foundations, slabs, columns, walls, and elevated decks
• Background working for a concrete subcontractor or self-perform concrete contractor preferred
• Strong understanding of concrete sequencing, scheduling, and logistics
• Knowledge of local commercial construction practices
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
