Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 Base Salary + 20% Bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Structural Superintendent to oversee all structural construction activities for a 22-story luxury condo hotel project in West Palm Beach. This individual will be responsible for managing the structural scope from site preparation through topping out, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading high-rise concrete construction projects and coordinating multiple structural trades in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all structural construction activities from sitework and foundations through structural completion and topping out.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors performing excavation, foundations, concrete, reinforcing steel, post-tensioning, formwork, masonry, and related structural scopes.
• Develop and maintain detailed structural schedules and short-interval work plans.
• Monitor productivity and sequencing to ensure milestone achievement and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate daily operations with project management, engineering teams, inspectors, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular field inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts, constructability challenges, and coordination issues.
• Manage concrete placement activities, inspections, testing, and quality control procedures.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and daily planning discussions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower tracking, and progress documentation.
• Support turnover activities and transition from structure to interior and façade operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a strong focus on structural concrete construction.
• Proven experience managing high-rise concrete structures, preferably 15+ stories.
• Strong understanding of concrete operations, formwork systems, reinforcing steel, post-tensioning, and structural sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Preferred Experience

• High-rise residential, hospitality, condo hotel, or mixed-use developments.
• Cast-in-place concrete construction.
• South Florida high-rise construction experience.
• Coordination of tower crane operations, concrete cycle scheduling, and structural milestone management.
• Projects exceeding $100M in construction value.
