We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Interior Superintendent to oversee the interior construction phases of our prestigious high-rise development.
Position Overview: The Lead Interior Superintendent will be responsible for managing and supervising all interior construction activities for high-rise luxury condominium projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage daily on-site interior construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets luxury standards and client expectations.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Scheduling: Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all interior phases.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent in high-rise construction, with a focus on interior finishes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural, architectural, and MEP drawings. Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore and MS Project.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Safety Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and OSHA compliance.
