💰 $250K – $300K base + bonus + full executive comp package

Overview

We are partnering with a leading General Contractor in Miami seeking a Project Executive to lead the delivery of large-scale high-rise, condo, and multifamily developments. This individual will oversee multiple projects and project teams, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and strong financial performance across a growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight across multiple high-rise and multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, APMs, and project teams
• Drive project performance, ensuring schedule adherence, cost control, and margin protection
• Act as the primary liaison with ownership, developers, and key stakeholders
• Oversee preconstruction efforts including budgeting, value engineering, and risk analysis
• Ensure successful subcontractor procurement, buyout strategy, and contract execution
• Monitor project financials, forecasts, and reporting across all assigned projects
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, especially in complex high-rise construction environments
• Support business development efforts, client relationships, and repeat work generation
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and operational improvements

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in construction, with significant tenure in high-rise / multifamily / condo projects
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role (Senior PM, Project Executive, or equivalent)
• Strong track record managing large-scale projects ($100M+ preferred)
• Deep understanding of South Florida construction market and building codes
• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and financial management
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
